Welcome to the Braid Bowling Club web site. We hope that members and prospective members will find that it serves as a useful reference point for information about the club.

Braid's 2024 Bowling Season - the last leg!

Around 5/6 of the 2023 season has whizzed past and we now have less than a month left till Closing Day
Members will be busy trying to fit in ties and complete competitions before time runs out as well as participate in remaining late season fixtures.
Sunday Mixed Play and Try Bowls continues so it is not too late for newcomers to give bowls a shot. Anyone joining the club at this stage pays only £25 - half the discounted first year fee of £50.

If you are not a regular user of Social Media you are encouraged to check out Braid's Facebook page where Frances Martin has been busy providing a pictorial record of happenings at Braid over the season.

We trust that all members whether new to Braid or Braid veterans are having an enjoyable 2024 season and will make the most of the remaining weeks!

Prospective members are invited to visit our membership section where they will find information about the benefits of playing bowls at Braid, and an Application Form.
