Braid Art Exhibition 2025

Braid BC is hosting an Art Exhibition running over the weekend of Thursday 27th March to Sunday 30th March.
Frances Martin and Ian Farmer are leading the organisation of this but would appreciate all assistance that Braid members are able to give
in the considerable amount of work involved both in setting up and winding down the exhibition and during the days it is open to the public.
The following gives the full timetable for the exhibition and indicates some of the tasks involved:

Day	Task	Help Required
Saturday 22nd March 11-3pm	Artists will drop off art work.	People needed to help take in art & money from artists.
Monday 24th March	13 Boards to be delivered.	Strong bodies needed to help move boards & set up the 8x4 boards to exhibit the art work. Perhaps 4 men.
Wednesday 26 March	Private viewing 6-8pm .	2 volunteers needed 5-8pm as stewards assisting Ian, Frances, & Robert.
Thursday 27th March 11-4pm	Exhibition open to public	2 people needed to cover between 11-4 but split into shifts 11.00-1.30 & 1.30-4.00.
Friday 28th March till Sunday 30th March	Exhibition continues	As for Thursday
Sunday 30th March	Exhibition closes at 4.00pm. Artists/purchasers to collect artworks1-6pm	Additionally, 2 people needed to help Frances & Ian with the collection of sold / unsold work 4-6pm
Monday 31st March	Dismantling of display boards	4 strong bodies needed to help dismount the boards ready for collection.

If you are able to help out at any stage during the Art Exhibition or with the tasks involved
in setting up and dismantling the exhibition the link below will take you to a Spreadsheet
where you can enter your availability.
Please enter your Name, Contact Number, and any Notes in the relevant boxes of the
Spreadsheet - hit Return / Enter after each entry.
When you have completed all entries simply close the window and your entries will be saved
automatically to the Spreadsheet.
